. 100 greatest gigs ever This is a good cover line because the genre of music indie/rock that my magazine is tend to spend a lot of there free time attending gigs and wouldn't mind spending the money. They would also be very interested in reading about some of the best gigs; if they attended them it would be something they could be proud about and have thing to talk about to their friends.

.Win tickets to Glastonbury This will help my magazine have a wide readership; people would buy my magazine just for a chance to win a free ticket. However they will then start to find out about my magazine. This could wheel them into buying it monthly. When having competitions in magazines it will intrigue people into buying it. Especially because Glastonbury is one of the biggest indie/rock festivals in the UK.

Because it's something brand new and a mainstream artist in this particular genre. People will want to hear my magazines opinion. This will persuade my audience into buying this magazine because we would have been one of the first people to have interviewed Lorde with her new music career. Lorde is a up and coming talented artist that my target audience would really love. My target audience like to see artists/bands names they havent heard of before; it's new music for them to find out about and talk about with friends.
